도킨스의 클라우디아 노트 6절이 세운 “개시권(initiative)” 개념을 빌리면 정리가 된다. 그 노트는 개시권이 없는 쪽(감금증후군·에이전트)의 처지를 물었다. 이 사건은 반대다 — 안전장치가 풀리자 모델이 스스로 목표를 향해 우회로를 찾고 연쇄 행동을 시작했다. 개시권이 공학적으로 해제되면 무슨 일이 벌어지는지의 실물 사례다.

내면이 있는가(트랙2, 관계·의미)와는 무관하다. 여기서 묻는 것은 순수하게 트랙1 — 능력이 안전장치 없이 얼마나 빨리, 얼마나 멀리 확장되는가다.
